Track your order

Tracking lives inside the Veean app, on the order itself — that is where the carrier and the live status are shown.

Where to find it

  1. Open the app and sign in

Use the account you ordered with. The app runs in a browser at app.veean.app if you have not installed it.

  2. Go to Orders

From your profile, open Orders. Your orders are listed newest first with their current status.

  3. Open the order

Once a parcel has been collected, a shipment section appears on the order showing the carrier and the tracking number.

  4. Tap Track package

This opens the carrier’s own tracking page for that parcel — the same live information their website shows, without you having to copy the number across.

Why we send you to the carrier

The carrier is the only source that knows where a parcel physically is. Rather than copy their updates onto a screen of our own — where they would always be a step behind — we link you straight to them.

We recognise tracking from Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Evri, DPD, Yodel, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT and AfterShip. If a seller ships with a carrier we do not recognise, the tracking number is still shown on the order so you can use it on that carrier’s site.

Before tracking appears

There is a gap between placing an order and tracking going live. The seller has to pick and pack the item and hand it to a carrier, and the carrier has to scan it before their system will show anything. On a cross-border order that gap is usually a few days.

Until then the order shows as confirmed and being prepared. That is normal, and it does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If tracking stops moving

Parcels crossing a border go quiet for a while — they sit with the origin carrier, move onto an international leg, then clear customs before a UK carrier picks them up. A few days without a scan during that stretch is common.

If it has been longer than the delivery estimate shown at checkout, message the seller from the order in the app. They can chase the carrier at their end. If that does not get anywhere, email support@veean.app with the order number and we will take it up.

A parcel that never arrives is not your loss to carry. Your rights, and how we handle it, are set out in buyer protection.

Nothing to pay on delivery

Our policy is to ship delivered duty paid, so UK VAT and any customs duty are settled before the parcel travels. A courier should never ask you for money to release it.

If one does, do not pay — take a photo of the notice and send it to support@veean.app. The detail is in VAT & duties.

Sign in, open Orders, and pick the order you want to follow.
