Payment & protection

Secure payments

Your card details never touch Veean's servers. Payments are handled by a regulated payments provider, and sellers are paid only after the order has settled.

Who processes your payment

Payments on Veean are processed by Airwallex, a licensed payments provider. They are the regulated entity in the path: your card details go to them directly, over an encrypted connection, and are never stored on Veean’s own systems.

What we keep against your order is what we need to service it — the amount, the currency, the last four digits and the card type, and whether the payment succeeded. Not the full number, and never the security code.

Ways to pay

These are the methods we support at checkout:

  • VisaVISA
  • Mastercard
  • American ExpressAMEX
  • Apple PayPay
  • Google PayPay

You can also pay from your Veean wallet if you have a balance — commission you have earned by sharing products lands there. Wallet balance spent inside Veean is worth more than its face value; the amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

One price, in pounds

Everything on Veean is priced in pounds sterling with UK VAT included, and — where the carrier supports it — import duty settled before the parcel travels. Your bank should not add a foreign-transaction fee, because the charge is a sterling charge from a UK company.

The total shown before you confirm is the total that leaves your account. Nothing is added afterwards.

Why the seller is not paid straight away

When you pay, the money is held by Veean rather than passed to the seller on the spot. The seller’s share is released to them after the order has been fulfilled and the window for problems has passed.

That gap is what makes a refund possible without chasing a company abroad. If an order is cancelled or an item comes back, the money is still on our side of the transaction.

Protecting your account

Sign-in and payment endpoints are rate limited, so repeated attempts against an account or a card are throttled rather than allowed to run freely. Your session is held in secure storage on your device, not in a cookie a website can read.

Use a password you have not used elsewhere, and sign in only through the Veean app or app.veean.app. We will never email or message you asking for your password or card number. If you receive something claiming to be from Veean and asking for either, forward it to support@veean.app and do not reply to it.

If a payment fails

A declined payment means no order was created and nothing was taken. Banks sometimes hold a pending authorisation for a short period on a failed attempt; that falls away on its own, usually within a few working days.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us at support@veean.app before raising it with your bank — we can usually identify it faster, and a chargeback takes considerably longer than a refund.

Every price on Veean is in pounds, VAT included.
