Sell to UK buyers, without the UK paperwork.
Selling into Britain normally means a UK company, a VAT registration and a customs broker before you take a single order. On Veean it means none of that. Veean UK Ltd is the company of record: we are the deemed supplier for UK VAT, we collect the tax at checkout and we ship duty-paid so nothing is held at the border. You list your products, you ship the orders, and the seller panel you do it in is in Chinese.

What we handle
The hard parts of selling cross-border
Every one of these is a reason sellers give up on the UK market. None of them are yours to solve.
UK VAT
As the online marketplace facilitating the sale, Veean UK Ltd is the deemed supplier for UK VAT. We charge it at checkout, issue the VAT invoice to the buyer and account for it to HMRC. You do not register with HMRC and you do not file UK returns.
Customs and delivery
Orders are shipped delivered-duty-paid, so the buyer is never asked for money at the door and parcels are not held at the border. Tracking is surfaced in the app the buyer already has open.
A panel in your language
The seller panel ships in Simplified Chinese, not translated English. Products, orders, stock and earnings are all managed there — one product at a time, or a whole catalogue by CSV import.
Fees
What selling on Veean costs
No listing fee, no monthly fee, no fee for a product that does not sell. Veean earns a commission on each sale, and nothing else.
How the commission works
Veean takes a percentage of each item sold. It is calculated per order line at the moment the order is placed, and it is deducted before your payout is released — you are never invoiced for it separately, and you never pay it out of pocket. Buyers pay in pounds sterling, and the commission is worked out on the price the buyer actually paid.
The rate itself
The commission rate for Veean’s public launch is [TODO: commission rate to confirm before launch] and is not yet fixed. The figure running in our demo environment today is an internal placeholder, not an offer, so we will not publish it as though it were a price. Your actual rate is the one stated in your seller agreement when you sign up — ask us before you list, and we will tell you plainly. What is settled is the shape of it: a percentage of each sale, deducted before payout, with no listing fee, no monthly fee and no charge for a product that never sells.
What is not a fee
UK VAT is not our margin. It is tax collected from the buyer and accounted for to HMRC by Veean UK Ltd, and it is not taken from your side of the sale. Payment processing and delivery are arranged by us as part of running the marketplace rather than billed to you line by line.

Getting started
From sign-up to first order
Four steps, and the only one that needs anything from you beyond the panel is verification.
- 01
Create your seller account
Sign up in the seller panel and tell us about your business — who you are, what you sell and where you ship from.
- 02
Pass verification
We check your business before your listings go live. It protects buyers, it keeps the marketplace clean, and it is the reason a UK shopper is willing to buy from a seller they have never heard of.
- 03
List your products
Add products one at a time in the panel, or bring an entire catalogue across with a CSV import. Regulated categories need conformity evidence uploaded before they can be published.
- 04
Ship and get paid
Orders land in your panel. You dispatch them, we handle the tax and the border, and your earnings — net of commission — are paid out to you.
Questions
What sellers ask us first
This page is a summary, not the contract. Tax, conformity and payout terms are set out in the seller agreement you accept when you sign up, and nothing here is legal or tax advice. Where a figure is still being finalised we have marked it rather than guessed.
